  • I called Simple Solutions because I hoped he would be able to fix my washing machine as soon as possible. I am so glad I did! Chris was able to come that afternoon. He called first, showed up on time and was ready to get to the problem. It seems the drain pump was having an issue, but resolved itself before Chris arrived. I asked him to check the machine out, he did and said he'd return if the problem reoccurred within thirty days, at no charge! I am very glad I called Simple Solutions, I would call them again.

  • Chris was able to come out the same day we called to diagnose the reason our refrigerator stopped working. He offered to use one of his parts to hold us over until the part we needed came in, but unfortunately he didn't have the needed part in his storage. The part was delivered in a couple days, in the evening. He came out that very evening to install it, so we could get our fridge working again. His fees were reasonable, as well. Very professional, considerate, friendly service! We will definitely call Chris the next time we have an appliance repair need!
